- On the phone that has been linked to your access account, dial *901#
- On the next pop up, select Other Services(which is option 4 on the list)
- Now, select Enquiry services(option 4)
- Next, select Account number enquiry(option 3)
- Now a prompt will appear on your screen asking you to input the last 6-digits of your ATM card number(the number on the face of the card)
- Once you press send, your Access Bank Account number would pop up on your screen.

As of December of 2021, Access Bank announced that there would no longer be upgrades for the Access Mobile app. So it’s best if you switch to the AccessMore app, which includes more features like Signed e-statement, Loan summary, improved navigation and more.
To use the AccessMore app, first download the app from your play store(i.e Apple Store, google play store). Once it has been downloaded and installed, type in your Username and your Password. But if you can’t remember it, no need to worry, there is an option for forgotten credentials.
